Coming from a family of hotties with stomach issues, this is the herbal tea that saves us the day after the holiday meals 🫖 hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!

Instructions
Wash red jujubes (4–5 pieces) and licorice root (3–4 pieces) first
Using scissors cut off the fleshy fruit of the red jujubes and remove the pit
If using persimmon (1), just cut into quarters, leaving the leaf on as well
If using apple (1), cut into wedges to flavor and sweeten the tea more
Add everything to a pot with 6 cups of water (6 cups), bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 mins — enjoy!
Red jujubes and persimmon are edible with the tea too
